This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.A.No.311 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023. 2.The petitioner/A2 in Crime No.14 of 2023 was granted bail by this Court in Crl.A.No.311 of 2023 by order dated 21.04.2023. One of the condition imposed by this Court is that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He would submit that investigation completed, charge sheet filed, the case was posted on 21.10.2023 and the petitioner had appeared before the Trial Court on that day.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly from 01.05.2023 to 02.10.2023. He would submit that in this case, investigation completed, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.47 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for SC/ST Act, Cuddalore. He further submit that there are totally six accused, the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and the case is posted on 21.11.2023 for furnishing of copies.

6.Considering the submissions made that investigation completed and charge sheet filed, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m. is hereby relaxed. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates either personally or through his counsel. 07.11.2023 cse
