Crl.M.P.No.14108 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11581 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11581 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kattumanarkovil Police Station, everyday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.129 of 2023 before the POCSO Court, Cuddalore, and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11581 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
