ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2021. 2.

Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent as against the unilateral cancellation of settlement deed which was executed by the fourth respondent and subsequently executed a settlement deed in favour of the fifth respondent in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.5304 and 5855 to an extent of 1297 sq.ft, situated at Old Door No.102, New No.44, Acharappan Street, Muthalpet Village, George Town, Chennai-1.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 herein and conduct an enquiry after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
