Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to implement the order of the Inspector of Labour, Villupuram dated 11.05.2015 the 2nd respondent herein and grant monetary benefits in terms of the said order dated 11.05.2015 to the petitioners.

With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard Mr.R.Babu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Fakkir Mohideen, learned Counsel accepting notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the second respondent.

3.Petitioners have come forward with this Writ Petition, praying for a direction to the first respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 11.05.2015, in and by which, the second respondent has directed the first respondent to confer permanent status on the petitioners. 4.It is not known as to why the petitioners have challenged the order passed by the second respondent dated 11.05.2015. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not received any notice of such challenge. 6.Be that as it may, a representation has been given by the petitioners to the first respondent and the same is pending. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, there will be a direction

to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
