By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and to direct the respondents to regularize petitioner service from the date of appointment and issue all the consequential benefits accrued from the date of appointment within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on account of acquisition of land belonging to the petitioner's family, the petitioner's family were given preference in the employment of the 3rd RespondentUniversity. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Technical Officer on 10.06.2002 on a contract basis. Further, it is the grievance of the petitioner that he has not been regularised even after completing 23 years of service. In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 30.06.2025 and such representation is pending with the respondents.

5. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation according to it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

In such view of the above fair submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 3/6

six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 31.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
