This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the respondent police herein to provide sufficient Police protection for the petitioner herein to act in furtherance of the order dated 05.04.2017 made in I.A. No.286 of 2017 in O.S. No.64 of 2017 on the file learned Sub-Judge, Pollachi.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is the plaintiff in O.S. No.64 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, seeking for permanent Injunction, has filed I.A.286 of 2017 seeking for temporary injunction. The Court below by its order dated 05.04.2017 granted interim injunction against the defendants in the said suit. In view of the aforesaid order, the petitioner seeks this Court by way of this petition to provide sufficient police protection for the petitioner against the defendants.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that as the case is related to a dispute of Civil nature, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suit in O.S. No.64 of 2017 has been filed on the file of the learned Sub-Judge, Pollachi. As the matter is found to be Civil in nature, the petition enquiry would have been completed at this length of time.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous as there is nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. However, the petitioner is at liberty to give fresh representation to the police concerned if there is any prejudice caused by the defendants in the suit is still continuing.
