This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 34 days in preferring the above criminal appeal in C.A.SR.No.31584 of 2024 against the order passed in STC.No.1985 of 2015 dated 12.03.2024 by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Udhagamandalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 34 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
