ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner / R3 to clarify the order dated 15.02.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.20032 of 2022, in so far as it contains observations and findings in Paragraphs 5, 6 1/3

and 7 of the said order which are prejudicial to the rights and interests of the petitioner / R3 to the extent necessary to preserve and safeguard the petitioner / R3's rights and interests in order to pursue appropriate and efficacious civil remedies available under law.

2. Both side counsels appeared and were heard.

3. Status quo is maintained.

4. The learned counsel for R1 to R4 submitted that a Civil suit is already pending in O.S.No.847 of 2024. Therefore, this Court is inclined to add one more observations in the findings, namely that without being influenced by the observations made in the findings, the parties are entitle to proceed with the civil suit.
