This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the C.C.No.242 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri instead of C.C.No.187 of 2005 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai in Crl.O.P.No.30074 of and Crl.M.P.No.17680 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also, no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
