ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to call for the records on the files of the respondents pertaining to the Notification issued by the 2nd respondent issued under Section 15 (2) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 dated 01.09.2015 with regard to the acquisition of land belongs to the petitioner situated in survey No. 80 / 3B2A of an extent of 52 cents in Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vaniyambadi Sub Registration District and Vellore Registration District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for 2/4

the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. She also has made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants leave to withdraw this case. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
