ORDER

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.18287 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023 has been complied with by the respondent, through proceedings dated 20.11.2024. He further submitted that they are in the process of disbursing the arrears of salaries to the petitioner and seeks further time.

2. In view of the said submission, the respondent shall disburse the arrears of salaries to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
