The prayer in the present petition is to call for the records in C.C.No.87 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee and quash the same.
2. Today, when the petitioner was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the trial has commenced and that L.W.1 has already been examined.
3. Though the petitioner has raised various grounds in the present petition and seek to quash the charge sheet, I am of the view that all the grounds can be raised and established by the petitioner, during the course of trial.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
