This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 09.06.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee in Crl.MP.No.392 of 2025, thereby dismissing the discharge petition filed by the

petitioner.

It is brought to notice of this Court that before challenging the impugned order, the trial court framed charges. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of framing of charges in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
