ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 02.02.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 02.02.2015. But the first respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that already case has been registered in Crime No.130 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427, 379(NP), 506 (ii) IPC.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. cse s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-III) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The Inspector of Police, Marakkanam Police Station, Marakkanam, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu - 604 303.
