J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that the issues between the parties to the lis on hand had been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre in proceeding Mediation case No.993 of 2017 dated 31.07.2017.

2. In view of the fact that the issues had already been settled, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the ground raised in the Appeal Suit. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit stands closed. No Costs.
3. The Registry, Madras High Court is directed to refund the Court fee by following the procedures and as per the Rules in force.
