rna claims are required to be lodged by the employees in Form-19 after obtaining the endorsement of the Official Liquidator. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that these application forms would be lodged within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such claim forms, the second respondent is directed to examine the claim forms and make disbursement in respect of admitted claims within two months from the date of receipt of the respective claim forms.
