This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the criminal revision petition as against Order dated 26.12.2023 passed in Crl.Appeal No.12 of 2022 on the file of Session Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, the Nilgiris.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 148 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
