This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent Tahsildar, to consider the petitioner's 1/4

application dated 29.07.2022 submitted to the respondent Tahsildar for transfer of patta and pass order transferring the patta to and in favour of the petitioner for an extent of 2400 sq.ft comprised in Survey No.214/1A1A of Kattupakkam Villlage, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 29.07.2022 before the respondent, seeking to issue separate Patta in favour of the petitioner to the aforesaid property, pursuant to which, Patta has been granted to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 04.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Nonspeaking order RAP 2/4
