C.M.P.No.366 of 2024 in A.S.No.41 of 2019 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 163 days in re-presenting the C.M.P.SR.Nos.1445, 1446 and 1753 of 2023 before this Court seeking relief to set aside the abatement of the above appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 163 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.366 of 2024 is ordered.
