Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent not to shift the TASMAC Shop No.8714 which is running smoothly in the petitioner's property and the rental income there from is the only source of the petitioner's daily bread as a physically challenged person by considering by the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2021.

ORDER

Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the second and third respondents.

2. It is the apprehension of the petitioner that the petitioner's shop will be shifted by the third respondent. However, there are no records to substantiate the same.

3. It is also noticed that the petitioner has sent representation dated 02.11.2021 to the third respondent. The third respondent has not responded so far. Considering the same, I direct the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. The third respondent shall also consider the fact that the petitioner is physically challenged person and may not be able to get any other employment immediately.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
