The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the representation dated 09.01.2016 and permit the petitioner to operate the Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TN 09 Y 8187 plying on the route Thurinjapuram to Tiruvannamalai Mount St.Joseph School to ply up to Tiruvannamalai Bus Stand.

2.Mr.Raja Perumal, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
