This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 71 days in filing the above appeal.

Ms.Abhirami, learned counsel representing Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
