and adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the petitioner and respondent as per Clause 4 of the Invoices period from 17.03.2017 to 08.05.2017, (b) for costs.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. The learned counsel has also produced a Full and Final Settlement receipt dated 26.11.2022, before this Court.

2.In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
