Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Writ Petitioner Association as the Elected Association of the Pondicherry Volley ball Association, of Puducherry in and by virtue of the election conducted in the Annual General Body meeting convened on 25.02.2024 as per the Rules and Regulations of the Pondicherry Volleyball Association and on the Interim direction of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.4381/2024 and W.M.P.Nos.4714 and 4715/2024 dated 22.02.2024 filed by the 7th respondent.
