Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions the petitioner shall report before the trial court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. order dated on 01.11.2018 in Crl.MP.No.13160 of 2018 on the file of this Honble in Crl.A.No.595 of 2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASE, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court on the petitioner/Appellant/accused vide order dated 01.11.2018 in Crl.MP.No.13160/2018 in Crl.A.No.595/2018. This Court, by order dated 01.11.2018, had suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner with a direction to report before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on the first Monday of every English Calendar Month pending appeal.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had met with a major accident and his mother died and the petitioner had sustained a fracture in his hand and had been hospitalized due to the sustained injury and would seek relaxation of the condition of appearing before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month.

Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor [CBI] cases, on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he reported that the petitioner has been complying with the order imposed by this Court.
Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by order dated 01.11.2018 is hereby modified. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of October-2019 at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter once in three months on the first working day of the concerned month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal, until further orders.
The petition is ordered accordingly.
