Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for
the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, praying to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in No. PU/AS/ACA7/2021-22/462 dated 09.03.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete the M.A. Mass Communication (2019 to 2021 batch) in School of Media and Communication in the respondent University.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings No. PU/AS/ACA-7/2021-22/462 dated 09.03.2022 and quash the same.
2. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.866 of 2022, the impugned order of the first respondent dated 09.03.2022 cannot be sustained and is liable to be set aside.
3. Accordingly, the proceeding No. PU/AS/ACA-7/202122/462 dated 09.03.2022 issued by the first respondent is hereby set aside. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- within a
period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the respondents are directed to return all the original certificates to the petitioner and issue a conduct certificate, without adverse remarks, to enable him to pursue higher studies in any other University. It is made clear that the respondents shall issue a satisfactory conduct certificate. The second respondent is further directed to publish the result of the petitioner. In addition, the petitioner is directed to pay another sum of Rs.10,000/-, which shall be accepted along with the internship certificate, in respect of the allegations of plagiarism.
4. In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed in the above terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
