ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, after filing the present Writ Petition, the petitioner filed a Suit in O.S.No.119 of 2021 on the file of

2 W.P.No.26462 of 2022 District Munsif Court, Madhurantakam and subsequently, the private respondents also filed a Suit in O.S.No.118 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Court, Madhurantakam.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to agitate all his grievances before the Competent Civil Court, where the Civil Suit is pending.

3. With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
