ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in 6th Ward, T.E.L.C Compound, Old S.No.291/291/1A1B, New T.S.No.73, Ward No.6, within the limits of Chengalpattu Municipality, Joint- I Sub Registrar, Kancheepuram District on the basis of the petitioner's applications dated 20th February 2021 and 13th October 2021.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made a applications on 20.02.2021 and 13.10.2021 with a request to measure the property, fix the boundaries of the land and for issuance of FMB which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioners dated 20.02.2021 and 13.10.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's applications to survey, fix the boundaries and issue FMB for the land comprised in 6th Ward, T.E.L.C Compound, Old S.No.291/291/1A1B, New 2/4

T.S.No.73, Ward No.6, within the limits of Chengalpattu Municipality, Joint- I Sub Registrar, Kancheepuram District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
