By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 19.06.2012, 09.09.2014 and 17.09.2016 within a time stipulated by this Court. 3.The petitioner would state that he is a Graduate and qualified to be appointed as Lab Assistant. Hence, he approached the third respondent and he was appointed as Laboratory Assistant on 01.07.2011 in the retirement vacancy which arose on 31.07.2009 and his appointment is subject to the approval of the competent authority. In this regard, he made representations to the respondents and the third respondent has also forwarded its proposal seeking grant of permission as well as approval for the said appointment. But, the same have not yet been considered. Hence, this petition. 4.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side and without going into the merits of the same, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.06.2012, 09.09.2014 and 17.09.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
