ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the issuance of proceedings in order in Na.Ka.15240/2019/B3 dated 27.09.2021 on the file of the 4th respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to re-determine the lease rentals in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, however, a connected writ petition has been filed by the retailer of the petitioner before this Court in W.P.No.25688 of 2021, Page No.2 of 4
which was disposed by this court vide order dated 27.09.2023 and the relief sought for in the said writ petition was rejected by this court.
3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of W.P.No.25688 of 2021. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
