ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.03.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.10450 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to permit the petitioner to access his shop.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent handed over the shop's key to the petitioner herein. He also produced the copy of the acknowledgment letter given by the petitioner on receipt of the shop's key. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
