ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action as per petitioner's e-mail dated 07.09.2022.

2. Though several grounds were raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, seeks this Court to grant a liberty to the petitioner go before the competent Civil Court to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. In view of the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
