(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been arisen out an order in E.A.28 of 2009 in E.P.84 of 2008 in O.S.No.15 of 2007 dated 25.01.2017 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambulur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that E.P. itself is terminated and F.S Memo is recorded. In such circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition which has been filed by challenging the order passed in the interim application in the execution proceedings, has become infructuous. Hence the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
