RAJ THILAK, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18768 of 2021, dated 20.10.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the copy of the order of this Court dated 20.10.2021 was misplaced and the petitioners could not receive the order copy in time and they have not able to surrender before the learned Special Court for SC/ST Cases at Salem. Therefore, he prayed for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for surrender. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Special Court for SC/ST Cases at Salem, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
