Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time for surrender before Special Cour for SC/ST cases at Salem in Crl.O.P.No.21171/2021 dated 17/11/2021 by allowing the present miscelleneous petition and thereby render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.N.RANGESH KANNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21171 of 2021, dated 17.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the copy of the order of this Court dated 17.11.2021 was misplaced and the petitioners could not receive the order copy in time and they have not able to surrender before the learned Special Court for SC/ST Cases at Salem. Therefore, he prayed for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for surrender. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Special Court for SC/ST Cases at Salem, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
