This Contempt Petition is filed under 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of the order of this Hon'ble Court in 06.03.2025 in W.P.No.7885 of 2025.

ORDER
The contempt petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 06.03.2025. By the said order, this Court directed the respondent authorities to continue the enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 and complete the same within a period of four weeks. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would produce the charge memorandum dated 07.05.2025 and communications dated 30.06.2025 and 18.07.2025. On a perusal thereof, it can be seen in the annexure to the charge memorandum itself, it is mentioned that, pursuant to the direction of this Court, an enquiry was conducted and a report dated 28.04.2025 has been submitted. Based on the said report, charges under Rule 17(b) is also framed against the erring officials. 3.
In view thereof, I am of the view that the order has since been
complied with and if the petitioner is still aggrieved that any other action is also to be taken, it is open for the petitioner to take any such steps in the manner known to law. The copies of the charge memorandum dated 07.05.2025 is also now served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. 11.08.2025 stn To 1.
