No.48 of 2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Panruti and transfer the same to V Additional Family Court at Chennai to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.2242 of 2019 pending on the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent/husband that H.M.O.P. No.48 of 2019 filed by him before the Sub Court, Panruti, Cuddalore District, has been withdrawn on 4.12.2019. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
