When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent/husband that H.M.O.P. No.48 of 2019 filed by him before the Sub Court, Panruti, Cuddalore District, has been withdrawn on 4.12.2019. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
