It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondent herein and her husband after marriage set up a separate matrimonial home at Chennai. The petitioner herein was residing in Coimbatore. Averments in the complaint also does not squarely made out any overtact in order to implead the petitioner herein for the Act of Domestic Violence Case.

2.These aspects require further deliberations. However, since the petitioner has made out a prima facie case, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with for the present. 3.Notice to the respondent returnable by 21.10.2019. Private Notice is also permitted.

4.Post the matter on 21.10.2019.
