ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 307 IPC, in Crime No.214 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the wife of the defacto complainant and the petitioner were having illicit relationship. Hence, the defacto complainant along with his wife left to Tiruppur and returned back to Ooty 6 months before the occurrence. Even thereafter, the petitioner continued to torture the wife of the defacto complainant and disturbed their family life. While so, 27.10.2021 at about 9.30 a.m., the petitioner went to the house of the defacto complainant and picked up a quarrel with the defacto complainant and his wife's brother and abused in filthy language and also caused them injuries with knife. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that he has been suffering incarceration for more than 45 days from 28.10.2021. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that the investigation has not been completed. 5.On seeing the grave nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
