ORDER

This Civil Revision is filed seeking a direction to the Sub-Court, Tiruthani, Tiruvallur District, to dispose of the petition for divorce filed by the revision petitioner in HMOP.No.13 of 2019.

2. Having regard to the limited prayed made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The perusal of the docket entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner has been pending before the Court below from October 2021 onwards, in enquiry stage without any substantial progress in the matter.

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the petition for divorce in HMOP.No.13 of 2019, within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
