praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 16.03.2024 in Na.Ka.No.199/A3/2024 served on 19.03.2024 and the consequential order dated 29.07.2024 made in Na.Ka.No.199/2024/A3, in respect of TASMAC Retail Vending Shop No.1513, Tiruppur District, to quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to grant licence to the petitioner in respect of TASMAC Retail Vending Shop No.1513, Tiruppur District.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned order dated 16.03.2024 and the consequential order dated 29.07.2024 passed by the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that whatever the amount the petitioner is entitled including the EMD, will be paid by the respondents within a period of two weeks.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the respondents to refund the 2/4

amount including the EMD to the petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
