This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.20272 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1665 of 2023 by order dated 21.06.2024.

2.The petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.20272 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1665 of 2023 with certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Kancheepuram on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged and sick person and he is the only breadwinner of the family. Due to the above condition, the petitioner was unable to carry on his avocation and hence, sought relaxation of the condition. cse 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court without any default. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial Court, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Kancheepuram on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
