ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.90 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his name is not listed in the FIR, however this petition has been filed because during the investigation he was also arrested by stating that he has involved in case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in CC.No.6662 of 2022 on the file of the CCB/CBCID, Special Court Egmore.

4. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petition has become infructuous. However the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition to quash the charge sheet if so advised.
