O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent/District Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Limited, dated 11.02.2009, terminating the petitioner from service. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sekar, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents. 3.In the very impugned order itself, it is made clear that, if the petitioner wants to challenge the termination order, he can appeal before the 2nd respondent/Senior Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Limited. However, the petitioner, without exhausting the said alternative remedy, has straightaway filed this writ petition challenging the termination order.

4.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file an appeal before the 2nd respondent, within a period of 30 days from today. No costs.
