It is seen from the Court records that even on earlier occasion, i.e on 21.10.2021, when the matter was called, there was no representation, and hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal' today. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, that is the reason why, today and on the last occasion i.e. on 21.10.2021, the petitioner has not appeared.

2.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
