This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.7b in Crl.O.P.No.8812/2024 in Cr.No.5 of 2024 on 25.06.2024 by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is pending and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
