This petition is filed for anticipatory bail for the third time. This Court had dismissed the earlier petitions on the ground that the custodial interrogation of the accused was required.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State has filed a status report stating that after the dismissal of the anticipatory bail petitions, summons under Section 41A of Cr.P.C., attempted to serve on the petitioner, but she is absconding and same could not be served. Therefore, a petition is filed before the trial Court for a direction to issue Non Bailable Warrant against this petitioner.

3. Taking note of the gravity of the offence and serious objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that there is no change of circumstances. Hence this anticipatory bail is dismissed.
