This petition has been filed to implead the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation represented by its Managing Director, South Tower, Thalamuthu - Natarajan Maligai, Gandhi Irwin Road, Chennai 600 008 as 9th respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for R1 to R6. There is no appearance for R7.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Mr.M.Balakrishnan, learned counsel takes notice for the newly impleaded 9th respondent.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
