These Miscellaneous Petitions filed seeking extension of time fixed under order dated 30.08.2022. The rectification applications were directed to be disposed within a period of four (4) weeks, i.e., on or before 29.09.2022.

2. Both parties would agree that the materials to be perused, exchanged and discussed are voluminous and thus there is a joint request for extension of time by 16 weeks for completion of the proceedings.

3. Thus, time for completion of proceedings is extended by sixteen (16) weeks from today, i.e, on or before 20.01.2023.

4. These Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
