Crl.M.P.No.13232 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13688 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13688 of 2024 dated 19.06.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the conditions only for 16 days; and that the investigation is completed.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also taking into consideration that investigation is completed. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of the English calendar month for a period of three (3) months.
